Jogged 1.5 miles through the woods to the track.  Then did 4 x 400m, with 400 rest.  Jogged home,
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.

9 strong hilly miles.

The bastards paved one of my favorite roads, an old mining road.  :fiery: Hadn't been there in a while and had thought they were only regrading it.

Where is "Farrington"?

Take 6 to the park and ride near exit 1. Just after that light (heading west) take a right.

It's about 10 minutes from where I live and I didn't know it existed.  From the pictures on line, it looks really nice.
