Hey Fred good to see you - (check out some of the USATF age grade lists from 2018!) ;)

In official competition, on the track, I believe there's a 10-yard "drinking zone" at the beginning of the lap so you're really only running 430 yards

7.1 icy cold miles BD miles, a few hours ahead of yet another snow storm. The good news is I gain about 1 percent in age grading, no effort required.

Signed up for a 10K this AM - 24 with several inches of new snow. I'll probably just tempo it and throw in some surges.

I guess it was so she could easily measure a 1/4 mile from a stop on the treadmill display.  Perhaps then a spotter to do the math when she hops on again.

I'll mention that for next time - you can be sure there will be a next time

However, for her to stay on the tM the whole time, she would've had to line up her "water" bottles somehow, to make them easy to grab, at each "lap," or had her GF Lauren do a hand up, which might not be legal in competition, but this was just a training run, right?

:)   She should of kept the treadmill up to at least half speed during chugs, so she didn't have to start the treadmill from a stop each time.

Dozen Ks once again.  Nice above freezing day.  Need the roads to widen up so I don't play dodgeball with cars on some snow banked narrowed streets.
