Tuesday December 15

3.3 miles, sunny with a temp up to 34°, but with a delightfully blustery wind so it didn’t feel too hot. My fastest run in awhile! I love winter.
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.

6.5 miles and, yeah, it was chilly and very very windy.

Looking down the barrel of a nor'easter later this week.   Gotta get those miles in now.

8 post-snowfall miles on a rolling course in a park, avg 7:56, but 7:48 after the warm-up first mile.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

Tuesday Afternoon, buddy run. 11.3km for 1h18m (6:55/km), kind of uptempo but not too hard. 6*C which was fine for running, but it was damp too and I bailed on the scheduled bike ride afterwards.
