47 mil ride.   I asked several times if there’d be women riding.   The answer was “I don’t know”.  As we parked the answer became, “ highly doubtful”.   I recognized the first two guys that rode up and knew I was in trouble.    The good news is the guys think they can convince some of the ladies to ride now that they can say that had one that made it.  190 watts👍🏻

Ran Bolder Boulder 10K again this year (my 9th or 10th) - was planned to be a tempo effort most of the way and and to finish fast.

So splits were 6:17, 6:27, 6:22, 6:12, 5:54, and 6:05 - I sort of moved up the pace in the 4th mile instead of 5th, but otherwise ran as planned (if not a little better). 1st in age a group (4th time), 38:40 and fastest 60+.

Looking forward to the USATF half next weekend.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

You fast.
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.
