11 in Boulder with XC workout: 3X5 min CV effort with 1:30 recovery, 3:30, 2:30, 2:00 at V02 with 2 minute recovery, 3X 30 sec hill reps.

3 miles. 67° and sunny but hazy from smoke. Wore a KN95 mask for the run. Really took me back to the early days of the pandemic.
