My Garmin started showing steps a couple of weeks ago and it turned into OCD.
I thought about getting up at 4AM on my 70th birthday and running and walking the whole day.

Weights plus recumbent bike (one hour)

Track workout today! I did 5 x Yasso 800m repeats, with 400m rest. My last 800 was little faster.
