Racing tonight!  Doing the 50m and 100m at our all-comers track meet tonight.  Likely against guys half my age.  I'm more concerned with how my hip will hold up, this is a good test.

Took 3rd in the 50 in 7.60 and 4th in the 100 in 14.20, fastest in two years. Best of all no injuries.  :)
