55 mile relay run
1st place open female.., by a mere 30 seconds.
Averaged 7:13 pace.   Not bad considering 3 of us are 55+ and the youngest team member could only run 4 miles due to recent knee surgery.

Handsome Jack:
3 miles + yoga
