Weights plus rowing

Track workout today!  Of course, with the tracks all covered with snow, I did the sprint workout on the roads.  I took advantage of a slight downhill on a straight away around the corner from my house to do some overspeed work.

Jog 800M
20 mins dynamic warmups (high knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, grapevines)

4 x 40m strides of increasing speed, hitting top speed on last one
6 x 150m @80-85% top speed, focusing on form.  150 rest. Felt better than last week.

Quick 6K.  Had a meeting to get to and traffic was terrible.
