Magic Microbe:
Bonus points if they are also low sodium.

Anything other than the usual chicken breasts, turkey breasts, egg whites, or nonfat dairy?
I was also told to avoid nuts, coconut, and avocado even though they don't contain cholesterol.

Note: I can't eat any soy product

Do you have issues with other beans besides soybeans?

Run Amok:
So, everyone on my  nutrition plan seems to LOVE this recipe. They call it "crack chicken". I am not sure if they ranch dip would cause it to be too much sodium for you but there might be low-sodium options.

5 pounds of chicken, 1 packet of ranch dressing mix, and half a bottle of Franks hot sauce in the crockpot on high for 4 hours. Once the chicken was cooked, I drained 90% of the juice and added in 8 oz of fat free cream cheese. I let the cream cheese melt a bit and then shredded the chicken in the crockpot.

BonitaApplebum:
How do you feel about game meats, like venison?
