Four miles, pre-dawn, sideways ocean wind, and ankle deep puddles with ice at the bottom.

i am party:
7 miles in a cold, hard, driving rain, which was far less annoying than getting soaked while walking from my vehicle to my office building and now sitting with wet pants and wet shoes and socks.  :fiery:

2.5 TM run/walk. 

Ice Cream:
I am not running today, no no no.  Not in that weather.
