2. Felt nice. I'm trying really hard to go no faster than I can go comfortably otherwise I burn out in 15 minutes

30 damn minutes on the treadmill. Pacing is awkward when I'm out of shape - my legs always want to go faster than my lungs do. The result is usually a fast first mile and then crashing and burning. At least the treadmill helps regulate that, even if the speed readings are way off.
