Looked like a beautiful spring morning, but days are warming up slowly this week. 37 F, feels like 32 with a pesky NW wind.
15 km with 4X 6 min reps at 10K effort/90 second recovery. That was a fairly hard workout. Could have done one more rep, because the first one was closer to threshold effort, but will leave that for another day.

Warming up to temps consistency above freezing in the morning. 10.7K run and 14K worth of bike commuting.
