Intermittent sun with mainly gray skies today and 48°. Starting tomorrow the forecast calls for sunny days for through most of next week and temps rising to high 60’s by Sunday. Sounds great, but this is the NW so we’ll see.

Glorious day with temps going up to 70°F. Brought out the bike to commute to work. 7K in the morning and 7K in the evening. Followed by a 5.6K run after getting home and getting my chicken, potatoes and rice in the InstaPot.
