Track workout today!  Of course, with the tracks all covered with snow, I did the sprint workout on the roads.  Last week was overspeed, this week was a resistance workout, as I did all of my intervals into a strong wind

Jog 800M
20 mins dynamic warmups (high knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, grapevines)

4 x 40m strides of increasing speed, hitting top speed on last one
5 x 200m @close to 90% max speed.

My back and quads were pretty sore for some hard skiing earlier this week, tough workout. I turn 60 in a month. Growing old is not for sissies.

12K.  Got at least another week before tracks are free of snow.  Not that I do much track work these days.
