January 30 Double Tuesday

I'm doing a double today. Early this morning I did 4X 6 min threshold on a park road and in about an hour off to do some hill reps, something in the line of 6X 2 minutes, on a hill averaging 5%, but it varies from about 2% to 8%.

I did kind of a double today. Morning 7K commute to work. And 2K after work from the nearest subway station to home.
