Thursday July 9
« on: July 09, 2020, 11:03:32 AM »
3.3 miles in a hot sauna.  My S.A.D. (Summer Affective Disorder) is in high gear.  This is absolutely the worst time of year.  I am fantasizing about January.

Have a nice day.

I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.

8 miles at 9:30 pace with HR at the top of aerobic mainly due to heat.
Very relaxing - zoned out for most of it.

1.55 miles, no types of asthma attack /no need for a "puff"

moving on to the next macro stage - base building
The scientific consensus might, of course, be wrong. If the history of science teaches anything, it is humility. But our grandchildren will surely blame us if they find that we understood the reality of climate change and failed to do anything about it.
