Hawlt and humid out there. Thought about cutting it short during a 6K washroom break, where I was feeling like a sponge of sweat. Fortunately overcast skies moved in for about 80% of the rest of the run, and it probably made a 10F degree difference. 21.3K

8 miles. Trails were nice and soft from a huge rain yesterday but not muddy.
