Sprint workout today!
Jog 800m
20 minutes plyometric drills (high knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, grapevines),
4 x 40m strides of increasing speed
2x100m @ 90% top speed
5 x 60m @ 95-100% top speed
Jog 800m

3.9. Not much, but significant for being the first time in a couple years I split under 30 minutes for 5k. Bonus points for being by myself on the treadmill. Some day we'll be able to breathe outside here again. I've picked up a nice little streak of consistency for the past few weeks. Hopefully it'll stick around.
