Miso smothered green beans ny times recipe

I thought it was great, I did top with fried onions bc tradition, but I thought it was a nice, light alternative that was flavorful and easy. Slightly fancier than just boiled green beans but not fussy.

On another note, I keep putting the miso paste in things... it really adds something, guessing its the umami profile?

Mmm yes, it's so good. We had a really great miso ginger glaze on salmon on New Year's Day. Yum.
