My MIL had a great Tuscan meatloaf recipe with ground turkey, I'm not home right now but I will try to dig it out when I get back.

Question for ground turkey fans - has anyone ever ground their own? I have a meat grinder attachment for my kitchenaid stand mixer and have always considered buying a breast on sale and processing it myself, but never did it.

I make burgers. Add some finely diced onion, salt, pepper and curry.   Serve with apple and cucumber slices and a curry mayonnaise (Mayo with curry, salt, pepper and paprika. They are delicious!

I usually buy the 1% fat variety, boil it in chicken broth and then keep it in the fridge and add it to stir fries, pasta dishes, even salads. so, as a complement rather than the focus of the meal.

I know, not a recipe.
