Easy 30 minutes (3.5 miles), following 30 minutes on the spin bike earlier in the day. I was pretty tired today, after 3 consecutive fairly tough days (15.5 miles yesterday) so I took it very easy today.

No record breaking heat here today. Still in the low 40’s and even some light spitting of hail during my 5 miles today.
