Easy 5 in Moab. Half on Saturday. We had pie. My wife insisted on it. But they were little corner pieces of 1/6 pie from the grocery store (60 degrees?, I don't remember a lot of those rules) so does that really count?

Pi is infinitely divisible, so any slice is good.

Felt like we are Having a heat wave today with blue skies and a temp of 57°F.

Loco, I’m sure store bought pie slices are acceptable for Pi Day. Since I’m retired with lots of time on my hands, I went ahead and made a peach pie yesterday so some for Pi Day and leftovers for today

4 miles today.

10.3K morning run, before the rain moves in this afternoon/evening.


Happy Pi Day. I think Mud Pie is in my future.

Glorious day with temps going up to 70°F. Brought out the bike to commute to work. 7K in the morning and 7K in the evening. Followed by a 5.6K run after getting home and getting my chicken, potatoes and rice in the InstaPot.

Intermittent sun with mainly gray skies today and 48°. Starting tomorrow the forecast calls for sunny days for through most of next week and temps rising to high 60’s by Sunday. Sounds great, but this is the NW so we’ll see.

Morning 7K run commute in 50°F temps, then afternoon 7K run commute home in 60°F weather. Gorgeous.

9 miles with 4X 1200 m and 2X 150 m, tune up for this weekend's half marathon which might be a challenge to get to due to some bad weather on Thursday-Friday.

36 minutes on the spin bike this morning, then an easy lunch run of 39 minutes. I'm pretty tired from previous weeks of 65 and 70 miles. Two more days, then I'm cutting back for next weekend's half marathon.
