Track workout tonight!  My first run since my half on Sunday.  Its a reverse ladder workout - 3 x 800, 2 x 600, 2 x 400, 2 x 200.  400m rest on the 800's, else 200 rest.
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.
