Good Lord - he was brought up in East Germany under their sports program.  Of course he doped! 

If Jensie didn't dope while he was a pro, then he should be right pissed off because he got shafted and he should be right pissed off about it.

I still think he didn't. He says he was clean in this interview but also think that he understands why we wouldn't believe him.

Wikipedia lists his palmares. It seems he won more as the UCI testing improved and the sport began cleaning up. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jens_Voigt#Palmares

Yeah, I remembered that was a good interview but I just word searched it for doping to find what I posted. I should probably go back and read the whole thing.
