1/2 c butter
1 c natural peanut butter
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c maple syrup
3 eggs
vanilla
salt, soda, powder
2 c unbleached a/p flour
1 c whole wheat flour
shredded, unsweetened coconut (maybe 1 1/2 cups?)
big handful of raisins
medium handful of dried cherries
the rest of the chopped walnuts you found in the back of the pantry (which were not rancid)
some pine nuts
1/4-1/3 c milk

mix the whole mess together.  spoon by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.  bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.  makes a lot of cookies.

they're okay - a good way to use up stuff moldering in the cupboard.  don't know if i'd make them again.
