3 very hilly miles + 40 minutes of bodyweight exercises (squats, lunges, sit ups, leg raises).

Last outdoor track work out for a while due to impending snowstorm. Sunny, windy, 35°.

Jog 800m
20 mins dynamic stretching.
2 x 200, 1 x 150@ 80%
2 x 100m, 5 x 50m @90%
Jog 800m
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.
