What time do you leave the house?

A healthy baked oatmeal would be good to eat on the move. I am sure you could find a low point/calorie recipe on Skinny Taste or something similar. But note that I find nothing wrong with a 350 to 400 calorie breakfast. Gotta fuel the engine after fasting from the night before.

8 or 8:30 but I can't do oatmeal. I eat on my short drive to the train station. I keep my breakfasts under 200 cals.
