Sunday Sept 17, visit to Jersey Shore

Quick trip to New Jersey for USATF masters 12K, left Saturday morning.
2 mile warm up
12K race at 6:05/mile, 1st in age and wrapped up a series title
2 mile cool down
Back home by midnight on Sunday
