4.4km *very light* walk. Nothing fancy but good milestone on comeback. Kept heart rate in “zone 0” and noticed the birds a lot more! 2*C, 78% RH. Lovely crisp sunny morning...
... and ETA +another 1.1k at lunch for a nice 5.5km total on the day :)

6.2 miles on another absolutely gorgeous day. I was actually overdressed.

8.3 with 4X alternating 800/600 m with 1 min recovery, avg. 6:00/mile on the reps

Some light sleet on the ground made for some icy sections on a 12.3K run commute.
