10 miles casual pace.
Kind of cold out there.

Drove down to the waterfront fitness trail in my city knowing it is plowed in winter. Most of the streets around my home had a good smattering of ice after a couple days of snow, sleet and freezing rain. Worth it for the 22.2K ice free distance.
