Sprint workout today!

20 minutes dynamic stretches.
Jog 800m
4 x 150m @70%
1 x 100m @70%
4 x 50m @80% (2 with standing start, 2 with 3-point stance).
Jog 800m
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.
