Row plus weights later:  I rowed 21:40.6 for 5K which moves me to 12th on the Concept2 world list for my weight/age group.
My pulse averaged 140 and hit 156 when I "kicked" the last couple of minutes.  I have, along with everyone else, until May 1st to crack the top 10.

I saw two coyotes from 40 yards away on my run yesterday. They live in an open space/refuge (maybe 600 acres total) near a busy street but seem to thrive there.
