Jog 800 M
15 minutes dynamic stretching warm-up drills
4 x 100m @ 80%
1 x 150m @75%
3 x 100m @ 85%
1 x 150m @ 80%
Jog 800m cooldown
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.
