We were gifted a 5 kg box of surf clams (meat only, poached and flash frozen at sea) from a neighbour. Beautiful things. We had a few last night in a seafood ragu, I've got some today for my lunch salad.
WTF do we do with 5 kg of surf clams? Some will become ceviche, but I am welcoming any ideas! (My knife skills are not good enough for sushi preparations of surf clam).

chowder (any kind you prefer) or stew
linguine
pizza
and there'd be at least one night i'd slice those things up and deep fry them.
