Jog 800m, 20 minutes dynamic warmups
200m, 150m, 100m, 3 x 50m tripoint starts, 2 x 100m, 1 x 200m all at 75-85%.
Drizzle, 50 degrees

8.4 miles with 3X 2K, 1X 1K progression from tempo to 5K pace, 4X 16 second hill strides (1500-800 effort).
