Title: Valentines Thursday, February 14th

60 minutes on the treadmill.  Roads are one long slush puddle with temps at or above freezing.  Cars are splashing everything within 5 feet or more.

11.1 in 1:29 over rolling hills late yesterday afternoon - it was damp and getting cold but a decent run
