This is what I did, but the saffron has no flavor. I used half the bottle. I think it was too old.

My mother was gifted with Persian saffron from a doctor she used to work with when he returned from a visit to his family in Iran.She wanted to “save it” because it was expensive. I found the never used container with her spices 20+ years later. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
