Track workout today!
Jogged 1.5 miles through the woods to the track. Then did 3 x 1200m, with 400 rest. Jogged home, 6 miles total.

8 miles. Relaxed pace.

3 miles. Back at it w/my best bud. :doglick: He was deliriously happy.

5 easy on the dreadmill. The weather here has sucked the past few days.
