Today is the 13th.  I hope.  Tomorrow is valentine's day.

Awe hell it doesn't really matter.  DW and I don't celebrate that infernal holiday.

3 plus on the treadmill this AM

10K of tempo in 39:50 (6:25/mile) over lunch, plus warm up and cool down; took a nice spill in mud, ice, and goose crap at end of cool down

6.2 miles according to my new garmin.  It’s a PR!!!  💪 😜😜😜


Full admission: I calibrated my first treadmill run wrong.  I accidentally put that I ran 5 but ran 6.   So now if I run faster than 9:00 pace, I set all sorts of achievements.
(Yes, tried to recalibrate.  Even did a hard set).
